Do Diets Really Work?

Bookmark and Share

Yes, diets really do work, but before I give you any kind of explaination I need to give you a definition for the word dieting to make sure that everyone is clear.

Dieting - v. to eat and drink according to a regulated system, especially so as to lose weight or control a medical condition

You can go to http://www.dictionary.reference.com/browse/diets for more definitions if you would like.

It is good to cut things out of your diet that are of any harm to you, however it becomes a problem when you cut out the things that you need but do not know that you need. You need fats but there are certain kinds of fats that you need. Saturated fats are bad for you; unsaturated fats are the kinds of fats that your body needs. Your body needs sodium, sugar, and carbs as well. Note: Too much of anything is bad. The way to avoid having too much of anything, as far as nutrition is concerned, is to engage in plenty of physical activites. If you are too tired to engage in physical activites take vitamins on a daily basis and I can guarentee that you will have enough energy to do so.

Joke: You have to Let it burn like Usher. Lolz!!!
